To be a successful Cook, you must be ready, willing, and able to do the following always: • Responsible for daily lunch and dinner preparation and keeping breakfast station fully stocked. Food preparation includes preparing trays in advance for weekend use., • Prepare monthly menus of healthy balanced meals., • Prepare specialized meals as needed, ie. diabetic, low-fat, etc., • Food ordering and shops within allotted budget., • Maintaining kitchen and equipment cleanliness at all times, • Safe food storage and handling as per regulations., • High School Diploma or GED, • Valid Driver's License, • Ability to lift/move up to fifty (50) pounds, stand for long periods Please include resume, cover letter and salary requirements.
