We are looking for an experienced heavy-duty tow operator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will safely and professionally perform heavy-duty towing and recovery services across multiple service areas.
Requirements
- Previous heavy-duty towing and recovery experience
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty towing and recovery procedures
- Ability to safely operate heavy-duty tow equipment
- Valid driver’s license with the appropriate CDL and endorsements
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to work independently and respond to calls promptly
- Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and mechanically inclined
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty tow and recovery equipment
- Perform local and long-distance towing and recovery
- Safely recover disabled vehicles, trucks, buses, and other heavy equipment
- Complete vehicle inspections and required paperwork
- Maintain tow trucks and equipment in safe working condition
- Provide professional service to customers, repair facilities, and commercial accounts
- Follow all safety procedures and applicable regulations
