Our small IT team is seeking a professional and organized Virtual Assistant to act as the team’s representative in client interactions, particularly in handling interviews for new project acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the IT team
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with clients for project acquisition purposes
- Manage client communications, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Maintain organized records and ensure smooth communication flow within the team
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications and Preferences:
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Reliable internet and home workspace
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Availability in a similar timezone to the team is preferred
- Previous experience in client-facing or coordination roles is a plus, but not required
