LaJaunie’s Pest Control is one of the fastest-growing pest management companies in the Gulf South, and we are expanding our Inside Sales Team to support strong inbound demand from homeowners and businesses across Southeast Louisiana.


We’re looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives who can turn incoming leads into happy, long-term customers through excellent communication, strong listening skills, and confident closing ability.

What You'll Do


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into new customers while delivering a stellar service experience.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Answer inbound phone calls, web leads, and live chat inquiries from potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pest control solutions
  • Convert incoming inquiries into new service agreements
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate data entry and customer records within our CRM system
  • Track leads and maintain a clean sales pipeline and funnel data
  • Provide a friendly, professional experience that builds trust with customers
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to help achieve company sales goals
  • Follow up with potential customers to close opportunities and schedule service

What We're Looking For


The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and confident speaking with customers.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals or performance metrics
  • Strong phone communication and conversational sales skills
  • Ability to build rapport and guide customers toward solutions
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and computer software
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and documentation habits
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to stay focused in a high-energy, goal-driven environment

Preferred experience:


  • Inside sales or call center sales
  • Service industry sales (home services, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
  • Experience handling high volumes of inbound leads

Pay: $33,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Base pay ($17/hr) + Commission
