About the Position
We are a newly established CNA training school dedicated to preparing students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to begin successful careers in healthcare. We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable CNA Instructors who want to be part of building our program and making a meaningful impact on our students.


Responsibilities
Teach CNA students the fundamentals of patient care, safety, infection control, communication, and nursing assistant procedures.
Provide engaging classroom instruction and hands-on skills training.
Demonstrate proper CNA skills and supervise students during practical training.
Prepare students for their CNA certification examination and entry into the healthcare field.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate student attendance, skills checklists, grades, and other required documentation.
Create a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment.
Follow all applicable state and school requirements for CNA education and training.
Stay current with CNA practices, healthcare standards, and instructional requirements.
Work collaboratively with school staff to help develop and improve our growing CNA program.


Qualifications
Current CNA certification and/or appropriate nursing credentials as required by state regulations.
Relevant healthcare experience.
Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience is preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Passion for educating and mentoring future healthcare professionals.
Ability to demonstrate CNA skills accurately and confidently.
