Remote Insurance Agent – Willing to Help and Train Unlicensed Candidates
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Remote Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and willing to mentor and train unlicensed candidates who are new to the insurance industry. You will work from home, sell insurance policies, manage client relationships, and play an active role in developing new talent.
Key Responsibilities
Sell and manage various insurance policies (life, health, property, etc.) to clients remotely.
Educate clients on coverage options and recommend suitable policies.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to unlicensed team members, helping them prepare for licensing exams and develop industry knowledge.
Support unlicensed agents through the pre-licensing process and onboarding, sharing best practices and compliance standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings.
Qualifications
Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one if not already licensed).
Prior experience in insurance sales preferred, but not required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
