Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the store, including securing the premises and managing alarm systems.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions, manage deposits, and reconcile registers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting pet parents with product selection and inquiries.
  • Support and guide store associates in their daily tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and merchandising products.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for pets and their well-being.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
