Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • Company parties, • Competitive salary, • Employee discounts, • Free food & snacks, • Opportunity for advancement, • Paid time off, • Training & development What Youll Do • Lead daily BOH operations: prep, line execution, sanitation, and closing, • Train, coach, and hold the kitchen team accountable, • Maintain recipes, portioning, quality standards, and plating consistency, • Manage ordering, inventory, pars, waste reduction, and food cost, • Support catering and event execution (timing, packaging, quality) What Were Looking For • 5+ years kitchen leadership experience (Sous Chef lead/Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef), • Strong line skills and systems mindset (prep lists, pars, station standards), • Proven ability to manage food cost, labor, and inventory, • Calm leader, high standards, team-first attitude, • Nights/weekends availabilityMust be able to communicate with Spanish speaking team.
