We are looking for a highly skilled and licensed Beautician with active New Jersey licenses in Cosmetology and Esthetics. The ideal candidate will provide a wide range of beauty and skincare services, maintain professional standards, and deliver outstanding customer service in a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
Provide esthetic services such as facials, skin analysis, extractions, peels, waxing, and makeup application
Recommend personalized beauty and skincare treatments and homecare products
Maintain a sanitary and organized workspace in compliance with New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology & Hairstyling regulations
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education
Build and retain a loyal client base by offering exceptional service
Accurately schedule and manage appointments using salon booking systems
Promote and sell salon/spa products and services
Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
