



Preakness Hills Country Club is seeking experienced line cooks, garde manger, and banquet kitchen professionals to join a chef-driven, scratch kitchen for the upcoming season. The Kitchen
· High-volume, scratch cooking operation

What You’ll Do
· Execute menu items with precision and consistency during service
· Play a key role in banquet and event production
· Maintain clean, organized stations and uphold kitchen standards
· Work closely with the chef team during service and prep
· Contribute to menu development, daily specials, and event menus
· Test new ideas while respecting the structure of a professional kitchen
Who We’re Looking For
· Experienced culinary professionals with previous line or banquet kitchen experience
· Cooks who understand pace, timing, and organization in high-volume kitchens
· Team-oriented professionals with strong communication skills

Schedule & Employment
· Seasonal: March – December
· Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
