Are you a master of loc care and natural hair? Sara Blessing salon is hiring professional loctician and braiders to care for our rapidly growing loc community! What We Are Looking For: Expertise in starting locs (comb coils, two-strand twists, interlocking). Advanced maintenance skills (palm rolling, interlocking, loc retwists, and styling). Knowledge of loc health, including detoxing, repair, and reattachment. Ability to analyze scalp health and recommend proper home-care routines. Excellent time management and a welcoming attitude. Mastery of modern braiding techniques (Knotless, Stitch, Box Braids, Cornrows, Feed-ins).
- Exceptional parting precision and clean sectioning.
- Mastery of tension control to ensure style longevity without causing scalp damage. • Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliability and the physical stamina required for long braiding sessions.
