Plandome Country Club is looking to hire an additional dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This role involves a variety of essential maintenance tasks, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for our members and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing daily maintenance operations under the guidance of the Facility Manager.
- Executing basic repairs and installations related to electrical systems, plumbing, and general carpentry.
- Conducting painting tasks as needed to maintain facility aesthetics.
- Assisting with occasional landscaping duties to preserve the club's grounds.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
