This is a part time position. 20-25hrs per week. All work pertains to outside. Maintenance of the townhome property. Pool area , courtyards , etc. Small jobs like cement patch work of steps & curbs, painting , changing light bulbs , power washing. Wages are negotiable depending on experience.
