Job description This position entails building customer relationships, an eye for detail and the ability to work with specialized equipment and products. The individual needs to be organized, punctual and able to manage one’s time efficiently. This position provides all company services as required to multiple industries such as restaurants, schools, gyms, healthcare, manufacturing, and childcare facilities. Duties and responsibilities - Perform unique restroom sanitizing and disinfecting services. - Building great relationships with your customers by connecting with them and providing great service. - Maintenance of all equipment provided to perform job. - Repairing soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers. - Delivering hand towel, toilet tissue, and other restroom and kitchen supplies. - Maintenance of assigned route: service, paperwork, invoicing, collection of money. - You can also make additional money providing product solutions to our customers. Qualifications - The ability to speak English (bilingual is a plus!). - Ability to work independently after training. - A clean driving record and vehicle. - A smartphone that is in good working order with a data plan that works. - The ability to lift 45+ pounds. - A desire to work hard and make good money keeping things sanitized and tidy! Working conditions Job duties include hands on cleaning of restrooms and repairing dispensers at customer locations. Good knowledge of hand tools, drills and basic machinery needed. Send rent increase notices and other official correspondence to tenants. Track tenants facing eviction and communicate with the attorney to ensure proper legal procedures are followed. Administrative & Office Support Answer incoming phone calls, log maintenance requests, and ensure prompt follow-up. Accurately record and organize maintenance issues, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up with tenants and maintenance staff. Draft, edit, and send letters, emails, and official communications in both English and Spanish. Prepare bank deposits and maintain accurate financial records of transactions. Keep organized files of tenant agreements, notices, and other important documents. Assist with general office management and administrative support tasks. Job Requirements: Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong attention to detail – accuracy in handling payments, legal documents, and correspondence is crucial. Excellent organizational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. Literacy, Math, STEM Specialists will conduct a variety of activities with campers. This position runs 7 ½ weeks from June 30th to August 19th. Job Details: A Knowledge Base in Literacy Demonstrated skills and competency as an instructor. Understanding of conflict resolution, dedication, and mentoring concepts. Good communication skills. Strong group management skills. Must be a team player. Responsibilities Ensure that age-appropriate activities are implemented for youth, grades 1-6 (or 1-10 in some specialties). Plan, organized, and oversaw varied activities related to the specialty with the support of unit leaders, group leaders, CITs, volunteers, and other specialty staff. Build positive relationships with youth. Encourage youth to participate in all available activities actively; promote respect and teamwork. Provide a safe, structured environment for student learning. Attend all required training. Maintain and supervise all specialty-related equipment, reporting necessary maintenance and updates regularly to the Director. Make periodic reports/announcements about the designated specialty. Report to and provide necessary assistance to the Director and Unit Leaders when specialties are not in session. Participating in the total camp program including all-camp events, opening and closing day.
