From day one, you are a key face of this flagship — with ownership across client experience, sales performance, and brand presentation. Client Experience — The relationship is yours. Deliver a refined, intentional, high-touch experience for every client from first greeting through checkout. What We're Looking For The standard we hold ourselves to. • 1–2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience is required. Beyond that, we care about how you show up, how you connect, and how you perform., • Luxury retail background — 1–2+ years in luxury or premium retail, preferably women's ready-to-wear or multi-brand boutiques.
