We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. Trained in PROADDICTION. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of hair care services and dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a family-friendly environment. Our salon caters to a diverse clientele, so experience with various hair types. Key Responsibilities: • Perform professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services., • Consult with clients to determine their desired styles and provide recommendations based on hair type and facial features., • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all sanitation guidelines., • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication., • Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques. Qualifications: • Valid cosmetology license., • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, preferably in a salon setting., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment., • Strong creativity and attention to detail., • A friendly and positive attitude, especially when working with children and families.

Support store management with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and handling retail transactions. Engage in retail sales by upselling hair care products, retail math skills, and promoting additional services like nail care or hair treatments. Mentor new team members in hair styling techniques, sanitation procedures, and customer service excellence to foster a collaborative team atmosphere. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling; additional skills in color theory and straight razor shaving are a plus. Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management. Proficiency in performing hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application preferred. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members while providing exceptional service. Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety protocols. Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling products and retail math calculations to meet sales goals.
