What You’ll Do:
- The Foundation: Prep bulk ingredients for our weekly meal prep service (think lots of knife work and portioning).
- The Event Pro: Load out equipment and prep proteins/sides for large-scale buffet service.
- The Roadie: Jump on the food truck for local festivals and events—helping with setup, high-speed assembly, and breakdown.
- The Clean Slate: Maintain a spotless station and follow all safety/sanitation guidelines.
Who You Are: - Versatile: You’re comfortable shifting from precision meal-prep weighing to the fast-paced "rush" of a food truck window.
- Experienced: At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience (prep or line).
- Mobile: You can lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts.
- Reliable: You show up on time, every time. Our events depend on the whole team.
