Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a luxury residential setting. Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and tools, as well as proficiency in various trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
