Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems, including (but not limited to) furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, roof top units, split systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for both residential and commercial clients. - Conduct system performance tests and recommend improvements or upgrades. - Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer guidelines. - Complete service reports, update records, and maintain accurate documentation. - Uniforms and work boots supplied by the company. - Stocked van to take home (for senior level technicians). - Work tablet supplied. - MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Junior Technician - 5 years of experience in service Senior Technician - 10 - 15 years of experience in service
