Krav Maga Experts is hiring a Membership Advisor.
This is a front desk & sales role in a high-energy self-defense environment.
You will be the first point of contact and a key part of how people get started.
What the role includes:
- Greeting and managing incoming members and inquiries
- Explaining programs and guiding people through enrollment
- Following up with leads and converting them into members
- Supporting daily front desk operations and class flow
This role requires:
- Strong communication and presence
- Confidence speaking to people and leading conversations
- Comfort with sales and closing
- Organization and consistency
This is not a seasonal job and not a passive front desk position.
You are expected to build trust and convert leads into members.
