General Labor/Construction Worker
Seamless Modular is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers/Construction Workers. While experience is beneficial, we are ready to train the right candidate.
About Us:
We specialize in setting up mobile office trailers for major clients across the East Coast. Though based in the Cincinnati area, our projects span throughout Ohio and other states. Applicants must be willing to travel.
Job Highlights:
-Travel Accommodations: Hotels covered by the company during travel
-Per Diem: $60 per overnight stay for food and meals.
-Bonus Opportunities: Earn bonuses for punctuality, hard work, and timely project completion.
-Healthcare Support: $250 added to your paycheck monthly to support for your own personal healthcare plan.
-Travel Compensation: $0.40 per mile for driving between job sites (mileage paid instead of hourly).
-Personal Growth: Excellent opportunities for learning the trade and career advancement.
-Pay: 25-33$ per hour
-Overtime: 50% extra after 40 hours per week
Requirements:
No prior experience or education required; however, familiarity with power tools is a plus.
Must be physically fit, capable of lifting cinder blocks, and comfortable working in confined spaces.
Willingness to work hard, travel, and work long hours if necessary.
Young individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to travel are highly encouraged to apply.
Strict no drug or substance policy; applicants must be willing to undergo a drug test.
