POSITION SUMMARY

LLM Services is seeking reliable, compassionate, and professional NEMT Drivers to support our growing transportation services throughout New Jersey.

Drivers provide safe, dependable, door-to-door transportation for patients traveling to and from medical appointments. The primary responsibility of this position is transportation, with an emphasis on safety, punctuality, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Transportation

Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for patients.
Provide door-to-door transportation support.
Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
Ensure passengers are transported safely and comfortably.
Customer Service

Provide a friendly, respectful, and patient experience.
Treat patients and their families with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain a calm and supportive manner throughout each trip.
Scheduling & Communication

Follow transportation schedules provided by LLM Services.
Arrive on time for scheduled pickups and appointments.
Promptly communicate delays, traffic conditions, or schedule changes.
Complete required trip documentation and engagement records.
Vehicle Operations & Safety

Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and overall condition.
Perform basic vehicle safety checks before each shift.
Follow all applicable New Jersey and local traffic laws and regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
Ability to safely assist patients entering and exiting the vehicle.
Strong punctuality, reliability, and attendance.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to successfully pass required background and driving record checks.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in transportation, caregiving, hospitality, or customer service.
Experience providing medical or NEMT transportation.
Familiarity with New Jersey roadways and local communities.
Experience working with patients or individuals requiring additional assistance.

COMPENSATION
