Job Description:
As a CNA at Vermilion HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and other medical staff. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Assisting with mobility and transferring residents using proper techniques and equipment.
Ensuring residents' comfort and safety, and reporting any changes in their condition to the nursing staff.
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
