SoBrook OT and PT is a boutique practice where we prioritize quality of care over volume. We’re known for delivering personalized, integrative treatment and achieving strong outcomes across orthopedic, post-surgical, and complex rehabilitation cases.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team, serving patients in Brooklyn and Staten Island.


Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a motivated new grad, we offer a supportive environment with hands-on training and mentorship to help you grow into a highly skilled, confident therapist.


This is a part-time position with opportunity to grow into full-time.


Requirements:

  • Active NYS OT or COTA license (required)
