Job description:
Key Capital Group, a dynamic Merchant Cash Advance company in the Financial District, is seeking an administrative assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Managing submission emails
· Updating CRM, statuses, notes, etc
· Manage general office tasks
· Assist with processing of submissions
Requirements:
· Must be detail oriented
· Must have proficiency with Google, Excel
· Must have 1 year of experience with a CRM software
· Must be punctual
· Ability to work independently or part of a team
· Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Able to commute to lower Manhattan
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM & Friday 9:30 AM - 3 PM
In Person (This position is located in New York City and is NOT a remote position)

High School or Equivalent
