This is an on-site position only, and candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Plainview office.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Handling daily office operations in a fast-paced environment, including handling a high volume of phone calls.
✔ Scheduling & coordinating appointments efficiently, requiring familiarity with Long Island geography.
✔ Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a great experience for our clients.
✔ Handling administrative tasks, such as invoicing, data entry, and heavy phone/email communication.
✔ Assisting with general office duties as needed to support the team.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ No prior pest control experience required! We will train the right candidate.
✅ Strong computer skills – Comfortable using office software for scheduling, invoicing, and email communication.
✅ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
✅ Reliable & positive team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy office setting.
