We are a small accounting firm located in Linden, NJ.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with Outlook, Excel & Word. Job entails assistance in taking calls, scheduling tax appointments, appointments to pick up the tax returns & keeping the office and client documents organized. Additional work will include inputting information into Quickbooks.
We need 20-25 hours/week and add'l hours during tax season.


This is an in person job not a remote position.


Need someone immediately.
