As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will lead, conceptualize, and deliver inspired, succinct, and experiential creative strategies on projects and initiatives for FOCO. The person in this role will handle a large volume of design work in our studio at any given time, while consistently demonstrating dependability and a dedication to meeting project deadlines. The successful candidate will use their highly efficient creative workflow, strong organizational skills, and ability to craft inspired design strategies within our brand guidelines. Responsibilities: • Create and deliver compelling design concepts - graphics and layouts that are more than just photoshop cut outs with drop shadows., • Develop creative that supports sales and builds equity in the FOCO brand and Licensed Brands while working within brand guidelines and any established campaign structure as needed., • Take tasks from design brief all the way through to implementation on multiple platforms., • Highly skilled in using industry-leading software and technologies, ie: Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, PowerPoint and Keynote., • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio., • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and collaborate., • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, ie: nights and weekends around sporting events., • Awareness of and interest in latest digital + social media trends shaping sports, ie: the cross-section of sports // pop culture // music // fashion // art // entertainment., • Passionate and invested in your work and curious to learn., • Possession of creative and artistic flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality., • Ability to research and share modern visual trends in sports, entertainment, and from lifestyle brands to inspire future projects., • Branding and logo development experience. Strong composition, layout, and typography skills., • Ability to communicate and present ideas to peers whilst explaining design decisions., • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment., • Occasional travel possible. Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Importation & Supply Chain Logistics Specialist to support our global inbound logistics and supply chain operations. This role will assist in managing international shipments, coordinating freight and customs processes, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of goods to support our dynamic CPG business. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in logistics, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate importation activities, including booking, routing, and tracking of international shipments., • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to support service quality and cost control., • Assist in ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classifications, and international trade laws., • Prepare and review import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, ISF filings, etc.)., • Track freight spend and delivery performance; support initiatives to improve cost efficiency., • Collaborate with supply chain, merchandising, and warehouse teams to align inbound logistics with inventory needs., • Help resolve issues related to shipment delays, customs holds, or documentation discrepancies., • Maintain logistics SOPs and contribute to process improvement efforts., • Support seasonal and promotional planning by helping ensure timely delivery of key product launches. Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in importation, logistics, or international supply chain, preferably in the CPG industry., • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or a related field preferred., • Familiarity with customs regulations, HTS codes, Incoterms, and international shipping practices., • Experience working with freight forwarders and logistics vendors., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP or Business Central is a plus., • Strong communication and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work cross-functionally and support process improvements. Primary Purpose: The Senior Graphic Designer - Graphic Tees is responsible for creating apparel graphics for FOCO’s licensed sports business. Creative, passionate, and driven Graphic Designer who utilizes a strong sense of brand identity, color, graphic design, and basic production art techniques to create professional designs and develop seasonal sports apparel assortments. The Designer will partner with other in-house design teams to maintain Corporate Branding and season creative direction that enhances individual Leagues through visual storytelling. This includes creating master art files, developing non-calendared special art request graphic concepts, and researching and developing multiple apparel embellishment techniques. This person needs to be a results-oriented, team player with a passion for sports. The key responsibilities of the role are: • Responsible for creating apparel graphics for our licensed sports business and for the build-out of master art files, inclusive of licensing sheet which includes size based on specs, decoration for building of materials (BOM), call-outs on full-size art, appropriate branding, and the addition of copyrights (& rules) as needed., • Creation of non-calendared special art request graphic concepts, • Local trend shopping, reference, and research and development for multiple apparel embellishment techniques, including screen print, heat transfers, and appliques, embroidery, etc., • Application of Intermediate-level typography skills for font research, development, and implementation in apparel graphics, • Maintain an active understanding of trends in sports apparel and sports/pop culture, consumer insights, new business opportunities, and competitors in the market to influence design aesthetics and strategy through the development of mood, trend, and ideation boards., • Assist in the development and maintenance of presentation decks, and collection boards, supporting brand and league systems administration., • Confidently share fresh perspectives that will enhance creativity and promote new ideas through written and verbal communications with internal partners.
