We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our crew on residential and light commercial projects. This role is hands-on and requires pride in workmanship, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently without cutting corners.
Daily responsibilities include surface preparation, patching, sanding, caulking, priming when needed, and applying finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces. You’ll be expected to maintain clean job sites, protect floors and furniture, and deliver sharp, professional results.
The right person shows up on time, communicates clearly, follows direction, and also works independently when needed. Quality matters here. Speed is appreciated, but clean work is non-negotiable.
Requirements include prior experience in painting or construction, basic tool knowledge, physical ability to be on your feet and lift materials, and reliable transportation. A positive attitude and respect for clients’ homes are a must.
