Anata is seeking meticulous, tech-savvy professionals to join a trusted legal review team supporting a major federal program. In this role, you'll review and classify sensitive government records using structured legal frameworks and work in tandem with an advanced, proprietary AI platform designed to streamline your workflow and support accurate, consistent decisions.

You are helping refine how modern legal operations run at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze large volumes of legal, policy, and administrative documents.
- Use custom-built AI software tools to classify and process materials.
- Identify sensitive content and apply established rules and tagging protocols.
- Maintain consistent review quality while meeting structured performance targets.
- Collaborate with experienced legal leads, project managers, and technology teams.
- Escalate complex or unclear records through structured support channels.
- Keep meticulous records of review activity in secure systems.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification or J.D. preferred, but not required.
- 1+ years of experience in document review, legal support, compliance, records management, or similar work.
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with digital tools and multitasking across multiple systems.
- Ability to work full-time (or approved part-time) on-site in a high-security environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a federal background check for Public Trust clearance.
