I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help manage and post housing listings across multiple online platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, etc.). The goal is to keep listings fresh, respond to initial inquiries, and organize viewing schedules.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting & Posting: Creating attractive listings using provided photos and property details.
  • Platform Management: Ensuring posts are renewed/reposted according to platform rules to maintain visibility.
  • Lead Screening: Answering basic questions (availability, pet policy, utilities) and filtering out "is this still available" bots.
  • Scheduling: Coordinating with me to set up viewing appointments for qualified leads.
    Requirements:
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with major rental platforms.
  • Responsiveness: Ability to check messages/notifications at least [X] times per day.
  • High level of integrity (you will be representing my property/business).
