Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Must have high school diploma or equivalent, • Food Service experience preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Ability to manage time efficiently, • Knowledge of procedures relating to high volume., • Product rotation and cost factors., • Ability to multi-task and perform with excellence., • Must have grasp of good customer service skills EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: • Cash Register, Espresso Machine, Blender, Ice Machine, Coffee Machine, Mop & Bucket, Personal Computer, Copier and Fax Machine, • Dishwasher, Slicer, Carts, Ovens, Grill, Stoves, Knives TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Able to lift 30 lbs. Push 75 lbs., • Must be able to stand for a minimum of eight hours per day, • Physical ability to push, pull, bend, stand, and stoop, • Fast-paced Environment TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS: • Ability to focus on duties, and multi-task, • Logical follow-through, • Must react favorable in all work situations WORKING CONDITIONS: • Must be able to work in a high noise and normal food service environment with periods of high customer volume.
