This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in personal assistance, organization, and social media support. You will be working closely in a fast-moving, real-world environment that involves daily operations, brand-building, and occasional event support. This role is ideal for someone interested in growing into a long-term career as a personal assistant, working in social media, or supporting a developing brand. You will gain valuable experience in time management, multitasking, and behind-the-scenes operations.
Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented personal assistant for 12–20 hours per week.
Hours will be scheduled in advance each week based on workload, tasks, and availability.


Schedule:
Morning shifts starting at 7:00 AM
Typical working days include: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and occasional Saturday mornings
Schedule will vary week-to-week depending on needs.
Some weeks may include fewer days (e.g., Wednesday–Friday), while others may include multiple days (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or all listed days), but will not exceed 20 hours per week.


Responsibilities:
-Ensure coffee and breakfast are prepared or picked up each morning (may include making coffee at home or picking up from a designated location)
-Walk and care for dogs (30–60 minutes daily)
-Light cleaning (dishes, tidying, laundry as needed)
-Run errands (post office, pickups, returns, etc.)
-Help schedule meetings, appointments, and basic calendar management
-Occasional help with packaging and shipping items
-Occasional help with social media tasks
-Occasional assistance with brand promotional events


Requirements:
-Must be punctual and reliable (7:00 AM start is non-negotiable)
-Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license
-Must carry active car insurance
-Must provide proof of driver’s license and insurance upon hiring
-Must have a working smartphone and be comfortable using GPS
-Able to work independently and follow instructions

-Helpful, positive, and proactive attitude

Experience:
-No prior experience required
-Ideal for someone looking to gain experience as a personal assistant or social media assistant
-Strong work ethic and reliability are more important than experience
-A resume is required for all applicants, even if no prior work experience



Additional Information:
-This role requires daily check-ins (photos/updates) to confirm tasks are completed
-Must respect privacy and maintain professionalism
-A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required upon hiring
-There may be opportunities for future work-related travel or event support as the role expands


Compensation:
$18 per hour
