We are seeking a motivated and personable Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive around designated neighborhoods, identify distressed properties, and proactively reach out to homeowners to explore potential property acquisitions. You will engage with homeowners through door knocking, distributing postcards, and building rapport to initiate conversations about selling their property. Key Responsibilities: Drive through targeted areas to identify distressed properties (e.g., vacant homes, overgrown yards, damaged exteriors). Approach homeowners in a respectful and friendly manner to inquire about selling their property. Distribute postcards or flyers to homeowners with information about our buying process. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential sellers. Document property information and homeowner interactions for follow-up. Collaborate with our acquisitions team to analyze leads and negotiate purchase agreements. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and cold approaches. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus but not required. Compensation: Competitive commission-based pay with potential bonuses. Flexible schedule. Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service. Experience in an OBGYN or medical office setting is preferred. Duties: - Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out. - Collecting copays. - Schedule appointments. - Maintain accurate patient records and files, ensuring all information is up to date. - Verifying insurance. - Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff member. - Filing lab reports and charts. - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
