Hello, I am am Alyshia the proud owner and creator of GUBELLA'S cafe. As a small woman business owner, I have developed these sweet treats for everyone's enjoyment, which brings me great pleasure. My ultimate goal is to find a team that shares my vision and passion. Currently, I am seeking a sales assistant, personal assistant, and cashier. We will be participating in the farmers market until my business building is operational, at which point we can expand our team. The ideal candidate for these roles will be someone who can work accurately with cash and handle money responsibly, with a strong understanding of math. For the sales assistant position, I am looking for someone who is cheerful, enjoys interacting with people, and knows how to effectively engage with customers. As for my personal assistant, I require someone who is reliable, can follow me to various tasks, and handle daily responsibilities on my behalf when I am unavailable or in meetings. Additionally, strong writing skills and good handwriting are essential for this role, as it reflects the care and attention to detail that I value in my business.
