VinWorld is hiring a Sales Executive – Air & Ocean Freight to drive new customer acquisition for our international division in Clark, NJ. This is not an entry-level role and not designed for career switchers. This is a true hunter position for someone who understands how international transportation sales works — targeting importers/exporters, navigating global trade lanes, managing carrier relationships, structuring air and ocean solutions, handling pricing volatility, and closing competitive deals. You will be expected to own your pipeline, bring in new logos, and generate revenue with minimal ramp-up. If you are motivated by targets, autonomy, and building international accounts from the ground up, you’ll fit right in. 💼 The Role You will be responsible for creating new business and expanding VinWorld’s international freight footprint across key global trade lanes.
