This hands-on role focuses on project management and creative execution, working on various projects and with diverse stakeholders to develop visual concepts and designs. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience., • 5+ years of sales experience in the A&D or Hospitality community, ideally within the tile, stone, or flooring industry., • Established network of architects and designers within the San Francisco Bay Area market., • Strong technical understanding of hard surface materials and their applications., • Comfortable leading presentations, product knowledge sessions, and trade shows., • Active industry memberships (IIDA, ASID, AIA, CSI) are a plus.
