Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool children.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Provide a variety of engaging activities and experiences to enhance children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents or guardians as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring the well-being of all children.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.
Experience: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is required.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
