Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool children.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Provide a variety of engaging activities and experiences to enhance children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents or guardians as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring the well-being of all children.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program.
  • Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.
    Experience:
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is required.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
