Duties • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated., • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS., • Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance the dining experience., • Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to restaurant standards for presentation and quality., • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area throughout service., • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest concerns., • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive guest relations., • Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required., • Familiarity with sales techniques and an understanding of guest relations are advantageous., • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations is a plus., • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment., • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration within the restaurant staff.
