  About the job Job Description: We are seeking a motivated, dedicated and proactive associate attorney with at least one year of insurance defense experience. The position involves managing a caseload of general liability matters, making court appearances in the New York City metropolitan area and regularly reporting to claims representatives. Essential experience includes depositions, court appearances and motion practice. Depending on the interest of the candidate, the position may also involve work on municipal liability/1983 matters and insurance coverage analysis.
