We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, from initial consultation to closing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing exceptional client service, with a positive mindset, personable, and who has confidence in their abilities, and are interested in helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations.
- Prepare and present offers, and skillfully negotiate on behalf of clients.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and real estate trends.
- Assist clients with all necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Qualifications:
- Must be aged 18 years+
- Real Estate License required OR in the process of obtaining it
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related sales role is preferred, but not necessary
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- A commitment to professional excellence and client satisfaction.
