We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.


Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.


Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.


Provide guidance and assistance through the buying or selling process, including negotiations and closing deals.


Prepare and review documents such as purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.


Stay informed about market trends, property values, and relevant legislation.


Coordinate with mortgage lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and other professionals.


Market listings through digital platforms, social media, and networking opportunities.


Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
