Vermeer Corporation is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communication, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and facilitate the offer process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
