The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies for our clients.
Location - Remote
Salary - Based on Experience
Duties: Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of recruitment process.
Create job posting and advertisement processes.
Screen applications and selects qualified candidates
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview question and other hiring selection materials.
Attends college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree
At least three years of hanging all phases of recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communications
A high level of organization and follow-through skills
