Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing compassionate, individualized care to patients within a multidisciplinary team setting. ** Primary Responsibilities:**
Deliver direct, individualized care to patients, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care as required.
Accurately document all aspects of patient care provided, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
Monitor, record, and effectively communicate patient conditions and any changes to the care team, physicians, patients, and their families.
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and mobility.
Collaborate with various disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and addressing spiritual or psychosocial needs.
Assess the learning needs of patients and their families, providing education tailored to the patient's age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
** Must-Haves:**
Valid NV RN license
Associate degree in nursing or higher
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
** Nice-To-Haves:**
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar setting is preferred
