Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing compassionate, individualized care to patients within a multidisciplinary team setting.

** Primary Responsibilities:**
- Deliver direct, individualized care to patients, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care as required.
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care provided, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor, record, and effectively communicate patient conditions and any changes to the care team, physicians, patients, and their families.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and mobility.
- Collaborate with various disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and addressing spiritual or psychosocial needs.
- Assess the learning needs of patients and their families, providing education tailored to the patient's age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
** Must-Haves:**
- Valid NV RN license
- Associate degree in nursing or higher
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
** Nice-To-Haves:**
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar setting is preferred
