$20,000 Sign-On Bonus | $41.81–$60.87/hr

What You’ll Do


  • Provide acute dialysis nursing care using the nursing process
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Supervise LPNs and support staff as needed
  • Serve in charge/preceptor role when assigned
  • Ensure safe, ethical, patient-centered care

What You Need


  • Current NYS RN license
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience (dialysis preferred)
  • ASN required; BSN preferred (BSN completion required within 10 years if not currently held)
  • BLS certification (within 6 months)
