Remote Customer Service Representative
AmericasGSA is looking for a positive and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. Candidate will field customer service calls and also take telephone orders from customers and arranges for pickup of freight and delivery to the loading area.
• Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests (Scheduling, billing inquiries, service concerns, general questions).
• Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of Americasgsa services.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers.
• Satisfy the specific needs of customers with a high level of professionalism and integrity as you provide world-class service in Americasgsa.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer/typing skills
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• Effective team player
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a citizen or provide proof of right to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

- $21,000 – $34,000 yearly
