Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms. Provide detailed information about our floral products, pricing, and services.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into sales. Guide customers through the purchasing process, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
- Order Management: Accurately process orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system. Coordinate with our in-store team to guarantee timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Insight: Gather and report customer feedback and market trends to help improve our offerings and customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
