Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Remote Travel Agent who is passionate about travel and skilled at crafting personalized itineraries. You’ll help clients book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, car rentals, excursions, and more—providing expert advice and exceptional service at every step.

Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
Research and recommend travel options and packages
Book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other activities
Stay current on travel restrictions, regulations, and safety protocols
Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests
Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
Utilize booking systems and CRM software to manage client information

Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Tech-savvy: able to learn and use booking platforms, GDS (optional), and CRM tools
Passion for travel and a customer-first attitude
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
