We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist with expertise in biology and material science to join our team. This role will focus on developing, characterizing, and optimizing novel raw materials and formulations for the personal care industry. You’ll work closely with our formulation chemists, clients, and suppliers to bridge the gap between scientific research and real-world product application.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on novel biological actives, bio-based materials, and sustainable raw materials for cosmetic and personal care use.
Design and execute experiments to evaluate material properties, efficacy, and compatibility in formulations.
Collaborate with formulation chemists to integrate new materials into prototype products.
Analyze and interpret experimental data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to the internal team and clients.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory considerations, and emerging technologies in cosmetic science, biotechnology, and material innovation.
Ensure all lab activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
